But then again so did Spinach.
ITA with spinach...so good raw and so bad cooked. Although, cook it and mix it with cheese and put it in shells for stuffed shells and then it's good.
Great job on the core training! Love spinach and blue skies too and yeah for Brendan.
I'm off for three days too, fun!
I definitely need to make a new gratitude list. Thumbs up on the spinach but I like it cooked too. Wilt the leaves with garlic, tomato, mushrooms, and fresh basil and mix it with a whole grain blend. TDF!!! Enjoy your days off and have a great Thanksgiving!!

Raw spinach is great! Not as great as three days off work though.
