I didn't know you marathon was so close! You're almost tapering so no wonder you obsessed with the checks...and lists are very important for our "issue," right?!
Hope it goes well and then you can fill your little belly with good food! Happy Thanksgiving!
16 days & counting. That is exciting. I am running Rocket City on the 12th. Seems we have a lot in common. Over dress for a cool run, go out too fast for long run and slow to a crawl -(I'm really working on this one & actually I am doing a lot more fast finish long runs), I WAY over think all my runs, definitely the ice bath, if I get a nap it's about 15 min.
The Final Countdown! Then "Taper Madness" sets in. Don't you just LOVE being a marathon runner? Happy Thanksgiving.
I like the list! Nice job on the run.
Love your list and checks! You are almost there!!!
Good run - now to get ready for the marathon!

Good run.
Great run!!! You are ready for that marathon. It will be a piece of cake...no pie, and I think pumpkin!
Impress fellow runners who can handle only half marathons... Check
Inspires same runners to consider a marathon... Check
Burn 3080 calories... Check
Great job, Jill!
Me again. You just killed me with your comments!! Hey, Dennis' advice was stellar, I beat my time...even though I kind of tweaked his advice and made it work for what I wanted to hear, STILL he sounds like a good guy!
#2...so funny to hear about racing without Garmin. My husband told me to take it off for my first Boston because even though I'm not OCD, REALLY, REALLY I'm not, I would have kept checking the pace and not enjoyed the race. BEST ADVICE EVER! Although, I haven't done it again until Thursday. xoxo
I like that list, I think I could use it for myself! ;)
