Hum. Why am I second-guessing most of what I'm doing lately? Why is my anxiety already hitting? Cuz I've run a couple long runs in the "good enough" zone and not in the "feeling great" zone? Or cuz I feel pressure to BQ 2010 at Boston 09? My list goes on...
I'm gonna get a prostate post out today calling for previous Bostoners to fill my head with info; that's gotta help. Right? Please say right?
